1)Going to the pool
I love going to the pool with Gabby. We go a lot, and now that summer break is only a couple of days away we will probably go everyday. It's fun to toss a football in the pool, and to race each other in the pool. Gabs used to swim so she always beats me, but hopefully I can catch up to her when we race this summer. Also don't I look really hot in this pic? Haha my confidence is too high.

2)Pinterest
Guys I'm literally addicted to Pinterest, It gives me so many ideas and vibes. It's like a bunch of mood boards, and then I can look at them when I'm feeling a certain vibe. Like if I want summer vibes I can just go to my summer board. It's just fun to look at all the pictures.

3)Yoga
I really love yoga. It's probably my 2nd favorite fitness health related activity to do. Of course running is my first. But yoga really clears my mind, and eases me mentally, and physically. Also guys can we just talk about how much I love shavasana at the end of yoga class. In yoga it's all stretching, and breathing which is very healthy for you. I should do a whole post about why you should do yoga. But before then I'm going to convince you to do it now. So here are some benefits!
-Increased Flexibility
-Increased muscle tone and strength
-Improved respiration, energy, and vitality
 -Maintains a balanced metabolism
-Reduces weight
-Helps manage stress
-Creates mental clarity and calmness
-Cardio and circulatory health
-You become more connected to the earth
-Increases the body''s awareness
-Improved athletic performance
-Protection from injury.

There's more benefits then this by the way, but I'm just listing some. Anyways I'll preach about it later.

4)Running
I totally don't have a photo of me running so I'm just going to put a picture of tennis shoes. You know I actually got real running shoes yesterday, and when I ran in them a little bit, I was like wow. Like they feel really nice compared to my tennis shoes that I was running in. Anyways I love running, I just had to mention it again because it makes me feel so good. It's starting to be one of those things that I just have to do otherwise I will feel weird.

5)Tanning
I've been trying to get a tan since it's starting to become summer, and it's sort of working out, but not much. I have tan lines, but I only look a tad bit darker. So I'm trying to up my tan game. Once it's summer break I'll actually have time to tan, so I'll get a tan, I just have to give it time. Then when I get a tan I'll be hype.

-Helps you lose weight
-Boosts your confidence
-Relieves stress
-Eliminates depression
-Makes you happier
-Helps you get fit

-You live longer
-Better memory
-Gives you a natural glow
-Boosts your energy
-You can get walking the dog over with
-You can sleep better
-Your stamina increases
-You can run your whole life

Now who wouldn't want those benefits? All of those benefits I've felt since I've started running. Running makes me feel so good, and I just feel more energized and happier. It's my outlet for stress relief, and even when I'm not stressed I still run. I love running so much that I'll run in the rain, in the blazing heat, and even in the cold. It's just so enjoyable that I had to make a post about it, and hopefully this post inspires more people to run.

Also guys since I enjoy running so much I decided to start running cross country for my school next year. I'm excited to start running with a team, and hopefully I make new friends from cross country. I already know a couple people on the team, and I've talked to them before and all that, so I think it will be easy to make friends, and ease into the team. There is no cuts, so basically I'm automatically on the team if I want to be there. I've also already started following the workout schedule for team, and pretty much the schedule is 1 day on, then 1 then off, and repeat. And when I do run, I run three miles. So I run 3 miles every other day, and I don't really struggle with it. I don't breathe hard, or get tired out that much. But I do need to work on my pacing a bit. Running is just so fun, and I think I've really found my outlet, which is good. So yeah I'm excited.

Anyways I will see you guys next week with a new post! I hope I inspired some of you guys to run, because it's very beneficial.

My favorite skincare products

Hey guys, so I was going to do a post on how to make a strawberry banana smoothie(it's currently been my obsession), but then somehow I lost my pictures that I had taken for the recipe, so I'm going to do a different post this week, and it's going to be about my favorite skincare products that I've been using. I thought this would be a good alternative because I don't really post about beauty that much, and it's good to change it up, so here we go!! Also all the skincare in this post is vegan!!!!!!!

1)Trader Joe's spa face wash with tea tree oil
This face wash is great. I use it every night, and every time I use it my face feels very moisturized and clean. Also guys isn't it surprising how almost the entire bottle is full, but yet I use it every night. This is because you only need a little tiny bit when you use it. When I didn't know that you should only use a little bit, I found myself squirting a whole pump on my hand, and I would use it, and my skin would be dry after, so if you're going to use this product, be careful not to squirt too much. But other than that. this face wash is great.

2)Pacifica hot vegan probiotic and spice rehab mask
This face mask is so great guys! Whenever my skin feels really gross and oily, I just slap some of this on for 10 minutes and it really makes a difference. This face mask isn't your average face mask because it's not thick. It's almost like a water gel, it's clear, and liquidy. I like how it's different from your average face mask. It leaves my face feeling soft and motorized.

3)Sibu sea berry therapy hydrating face serum
Oh my gosh guys this face serum is so good. It so moisturizing and it feels like liquidy gel, and this is almost like moisturizer, but it more thin and liquidy. I use this product after I wash my face and before I moisturize it. It seems like ever since I started using this product my skin has been improving, so I would really recommend this.

4)Pacifica kale luxe oil-free multi cream
This is my favorite moisturizer. It's creamy and smells like a fresh greens mixed with a sweet kind of smell. After using this product my skin feels so soft and creamy. This is good for people that have acne prone skin, because it will make your skin less oily. Honestly the smell is the best part of this product. I just love putting it on my face because it smells so good. This moisturizer has a thick and creamy texture which makes it feel like it's doing the job. And it sure does do the job!

That's it for my post, thanks for reading. And come back next week for another post!!!

Spring Lookbook

1)Coffee breakfast

2)Vintage flea market

3)Chillin with the gab

4)Gotta get that tan

5)Mornings at the pond

April Favorites

Long time no see. I've been busy with school, and I've honestly forgotten to post for a couple weeks because I was thinking of other tasks. Oops. At least I remembered this week. But for reals my posting schedule may be a little weird until summer break, just because there's a lot going on with school and all that. But anyways time to get into this.

1)Going to the strawberry farm
Since it's strawberry season, that means it's time to go get a nice batch of juicy strawberry's from Hunt's strawberry farm. Me and my mom go to Hunt's strawberry farm every weekend and pick strawberries. Guys I gotta tell you, once you go pick your own strawberries, you will never buy store bought strawberries again. Hunt's strawberries taste almost 100% more better than store bought strawberries. Not trying to bash on store bought strawberries too much, but they don't even really taste like anything. Organic, farm grown, fresh strawberries that you can pick yourself are the way to go.

2)Jane Filer's art show
I don't know if any of my viewers/audience know who Jane Filer is, but she is basically a really good artist who doesn't paint like anyone else, and has her own style of art. Her paintings also sell for a lot because they are amazing, and very unique. So my family really likes Jane Filer's art, and she was having an art show, so we went a couple of weekends ago, and the whole show was so good. In this photo I am standing in front of my favorite painting from the whole show. I really like the three creatures at the bottom. I really have an appreciation for Jane Filer's work because her paintings have so much detail, and they are museum worthy. If you guys haven't checked out Jane Filer yet, I would do that because her work is so good, and I really enjoyed her art show.

3)My friend, Sarah's birthday party sleepover/campout
So my friend Sarah turned 16 and she had a birthday party, and my whole squad managed to keep me up till 2 am, so kinda crazy because you'll catch me in bed by 8. So at her birthday party everyone brought tents, and we camped out in her backyard, or at least we tried. And it was really fun because we did water balloons, watched grease, and just hung-out. The whole squad tried camping out, but at 2 in the morning we went back into the house because it was uncomfortable because we didn't have an air mattress, and we also didn't have enough blankets. We also kept hearing these weird banging sounds, it was almost like someone was hitting something up against a tree, but we don't know. But anyways it was really fun.

4)Spring Break
Spring break was so relaxing, and I just hung around the house and watched Jerry Springer, Fix it Upper, and House Hunters. I also hung out with gabs too. It felt so good to have a break, I wish It could be spring or summer break right now. Preferably summer break. I'm so overwhelmed with school right now to be honest. I spent my entire Friday and Saturday doing work, because I want my lazy Sunday. I'm glad I did that because today was nice.

5)Easter
Easter was fun, we didn't really do anything special except eat good food. There is a photo of flowers as the picture because we didn't take any Easter photos. Easter was just like Thanksgiving because we had the same meal for both holidays. Literally the meal tastes so good, it includes turkey, and mashed potatoes. And it's like you gotta dump the whole thing of gravy on it otherwise that ruins it. But yeah Easter deserves to be put on here because it's one of the best meals ever!!!

March Favorites

1)Eating more "vegetarian/vegan"
I've been trying to be vegetarian and a little vegan, but I'm not fully committed to it or anything. I'm really enjoying it, and I've been eating lots of fruit and it's just so good. It just feels so good to know that I'm not supporting animal cruelty. Like yeah I'll still eat some chicken and all that every now and then, but I'm just eating meat and dairy less. I noticed that everything has become easier to digest, I feel more lightweight, and I have more energy. Also guys, get excited because I want to put some vegan food recipes on my blog that are really good.

2)My planner
I love my planner!! It helps me organize all my school assignments, and I can write down what I need to do for the day. All I have to do is check my planner and then boom I know what I have to do. I like how it has a day planner and a calendar, that way I can keep up with daily and monthly things.

3)Protein shakes
Protein shakes are awesome, they are very good meal replacements and whenever I make my protein shakes, I put tons of peanut butter in it to make it taste so good. Protein shakes are very easy to make too all you gotta do is put some protein powder in a smoothie blender thing, add peanut butter, and milk and then blend. And your good to go.

4)Chilling outside on the back porch
It's been getting warmer here in North Carolina, and that means spending more time outside. I set up my little hangout spot on the back porch, I just put some cushions on the ground, and a couple pillows, and it makes for the perfect outdoor couch. I enjoy being on my laptop, or tanning out there. Being outside makes me feel stress-free too, which is great when I got lots of schoolwork.

5)Coconut omega 3 stuff
Oh my god guys this is my obsession. So there is this liquidy omega 3 stuff that I eat a spoonful of everyday, and it's so good. I'm so surprised that there is no sugar in it at all, because it tastes so sweet. You can get it at spouts market by the way.
