Having A Hard Time Finding The Perfect Mascara?

Hey guys, I'm sure a lot of you or all of you have had a hard time finding the perfect mascara. Do you know that feeling when you're just looking for new mascara, but you don't really know which one is good, so you just choose a random one? Because that is literally the definition of me. When I need to change out my mascara I find myself strolling down the mascara aisle not knowing which one to choose. Then I just kind of choose whatever one sounds good. So that's why I'm here to tell you about an awesome mascara guide that can help you out the next time you need mascara. And I also want to tell you what mascaras I've been using.

I thought I would help all of us out by doing a post about their guide. Basically they did the ultimate research on the best mascara. They put in 45 hours of research, interviewed 4 experts, did 10,000 test blinks, and tested 15 products. And they came up with good results. They found the top mascaras, and you can check them out on their page. You know what I find interesting is that smaller wands lengthen your lashes more than thicker wands, I didn't know that. So hey you learn new things everyday.

 So now onto what mascaras I use. I do my top, and bottom lashes when I do wear makeup. On my top lashes I wear the scandal eyes retro glam. Honestly I don't really have a preference when it comes to the mascara I wear, but this mascara gives me length, so I like it.

For my bottom lashes I almost always do the Maybelline great lash mascara. I like how the wand is small, and gives it that subtle pop that you need. I've used mine so much that the sticker has come off of it, so that's how you know it's a good mascara. This would be the one mascara that I recommend the most because it really gives you a natural, and beautiful look.

If I decide that I need a little pop while going swimming I use the Maybelline mega plush volume waterproof mascara. When I go swimming I almost always wear no makeup, but sometimes I do decide to put on this mascara. It has pretty good coverage, and is pretty decent.

My favorite skincare products

Hey guys, so I was going to do a post on how to make a strawberry banana smoothie(it's currently been my obsession), but then somehow I lost my pictures that I had taken for the recipe, so I'm going to do a different post this week, and it's going to be about my favorite skincare products that I've been using. I thought this would be a good alternative because I don't really post about beauty that much, and it's good to change it up, so here we go!! Also all the skincare in this post is vegan!!!!!!!

1)Trader Joe's spa face wash with tea tree oil

This face wash is great. I use it every night, and every time I use it my face feels very moisturized and clean. Also guys isn't it surprising how almost the entire bottle is full, but yet I use it every night. This is because you only need a little tiny bit when you use it. When I didn't know that you should only use a little bit, I found myself squirting a whole pump on my hand, and I would use it, and my skin would be dry after, so if you're going to use this product, be careful not to squirt too much. But other than that. this face wash is great.

2)Pacifica hot vegan probiotic and spice rehab mask

This face mask is so great guys! Whenever my skin feels really gross and oily, I just slap some of this on for 10 minutes and it really makes a difference. This face mask isn't your average face mask because it's not thick. It's almost like a water gel, it's clear, and liquidy. I like how it's different from your average face mask. It leaves my face feeling soft and motorized.

3)Sibu sea berry therapy hydrating face serum

Oh my gosh guys this face serum is so good. It so moisturizing and it feels like liquidy gel, and this is almost like moisturizer, but it more thin and liquidy. I use this product after I wash my face and before I moisturize it. It seems like ever since I started using this product my skin has been improving, so I would really recommend this.

4)Pacifica kale luxe oil-free multi cream

This is my favorite moisturizer. It's creamy and smells like a fresh greens mixed with a sweet kind of smell. After using this product my skin feels so soft and creamy. This is good for people that have acne prone skin, because it will make your skin less oily. Honestly the smell is the best part of this product. I just love putting it on my face because it smells so good. This moisturizer has a thick and creamy texture which makes it feel like it's doing the job. And it sure does do the job!

The downside of makeup

I know so many girls that will put on five pounds of makeup and spend forever getting ready. All that time adds up, all that wasted time. Now think, does it really matter that much? It's really unnecessary to put on a mask that does not even look like you. You're just pouring bad chemicals all over your skin when you do that. You are beautiful the way you are, don't change yourself drastically. If you want longer eyelashes go and put on a coat of mascara, but please try to keep it minimal. Makeup is meant to enhance your natural features not change your features completely. 

If you get in the habit of putting on a mask you might feel ugly without that mask. You won't even have the confidence to step out of your house without makeup because you feel like you are too ugly. All the commercials tell you that if you want to feel beautiful then you can put on a foundation and get flawless skin. But that's not the truth. Don't fall for it! It's not a way to improve your skin it's just hiding the skin that your in and wearing a mask. It's a pacifier to feel pretty. It's like you don't even think about it's impact, woman just put it on and don't even think about it. Question yourself on why you feel you need makeup. For example: Is it really worth my time? Is it really worth my money? How is makeup effecting my self confidence when I don't have it on?

For girls that don't feel confident without makeup I got some tips to help boost your confidence. But remember if you want good change you have to take action.

-Try wearing less makeup and just slowly decrease the amount you wear.
-Start drinking more water because water will repair your skin. For example; my skin used to have lots more pimples but then I started drinking lots more water and now my skin is clearing up.
-Question your makeup usage
-Keep the negative thoughts away and think positivity

You need to feel comfortable with the skin that you are in, that's very important. That is why I underlined it okay. If you enjoy makeup and you feel just as confident without makeup then that is totally okay. I just thought I would write this article to make more people think about it's impact on them. 

My beauty secrets

I'm going to share some of my beauty secrets. These tips will help you have inner and outer beauty. This isn't about what stuff I put on my face. It's about feeling and looking your best by simply doing small things and being confident in yourself. These tips will show you that you can be beautiful no matter what.

1)Say one good quality about yourself everyday
2)Drink lots a water everyday
3)Don't cake on too much makeup, you don't need it anyways
4)Eat mostly healthy and cut out sugar
5)Compliment people everyday
6)After washing your face use a ice cube to close your pores
7)Be friendly to everyone, something good will always come back

Lush review

I'm going to be reviewing two products from Lush. Lush is a company that creates fresh, handmade ingredients in beauty products. They don't test on animals and use natural ingredients in their products. You can find lush at the mall and online. The first one I'm reviewing is a shampoo, and the other one is a cleanser.   

1) Fairly traded honey shampoo

This shampoo works great. It makes my hair smell really good. My hair is also smooth after using this. Most of the shampoo is honey and honey is good for your hair. Most of the ingredients in the shampoo is natural.

2)Herbalism cleanser

This cleanser works wonders for me. I highly recommend this if you struggle with oily skin. Once I started using this I noticed a big difference in my skin. This cleared up my pimples and my oil. I used to always have a very shiny, oily face. After I started using this my skin is like brand new. I don't struggle with oily skin anymore. The ingredients in this are nice and all natural.

Review on Korean beauty products

Hello everyone today I'm going to review two of Tony Molly's products. Tony Molly is a Korean skincare brand. I love their products and the packaging is adorable. I bought two of their products for Christmas last year. I haven't done a review of the products yet so I thought I would do that.

The first product is the Hello bunny perfume bar. I got this product in the Dodo rose scent.

When you pop off the cap of the bunny there is a cap on top of the perfume bar. I like this feature because the product is clean and it's very convenient. 

The scent of this is floral and smells like a sweet rose. The scent lasts long and it's very feminine. There is a lot of  perfume bar that comes in the container. It is worth buying if you love floral scents. 

The next product is the Panda's dream so cool eye stick. This product is meant to moisturize your under eyes. this is great when you wake up because it wakes your eyes up. 

This product does have a cap on it too. I love how both products have caps. 

This product is great for those days when your feeling half asleep and you need something to feel awake. It works well at moisturizing your under eyes. If you have dry under eye circles I would recommend this to you. It comes with the same amount of product as the perfume bar.
